What Sue’s Appointment as Technical Manager Means for You

The appointment of Sue Davies as Technical Manager at SymClean Industrial brings significant benefits for our current and future clients. Her experience and knowledge of compliance, especially in the food and manufacturing industries mean that we have more resources to support our clients reach the top level of adherence to strict industry regulations.

SymClean Industrial Appoints Sue Davies as Technical ManagerOne of Sue’s key strengths and benefits that she brings to both SymClean and our clients, is her ability to balance the need for compliance with practical and efficient solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. This is where we find many businesses go wrong with compliance, creating an ineffective system that doesn’t align with the business and its goals. Sue believes that the system set-up is what makes all the difference. For example, when creating paperwork, she customises it to fit the client’s operations, rather than using a one-size-fits-all solution, such as combining weekly and daily paperwork to streamline processes. This tailored approach ensures that compliance is maintained without sacrificing efficiency or practicality.

Tanya Targett, Managing Director, commented on Sue’s appointment “I am pleased to welcome Sue to our team. Having worked with her previously, I have developed a lot of respect for her extensive knowledge and the results she has achieved. Her background in the food industry and extensive knowledge of compliance made her the perfect addition to SymClean. I believe Sue will become an integral resource for SymClean as well as our clients. We are really excited, welcome aboard Sue.”

Sue added “I am really happy to be joining the SymClean Industrial team. I have worked with Tanya throughout our careers and feel honoured to have been welcomed into the SymClean Group. I’m hoping to bring a lot of knowledge, experience and resources, adding further to the fantastic range of solutions that SymClean already offers its clients. My focus will be on ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of compliance and safety, and then applying this to our clients. I look forward to working with everyone to achieve these goals.”
