Overview
We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Manager to oversee a weekend contract where you will manage a team of hygiene operatives.
Job Particulars
- Job Type: Part Time
- This is a weekend contract, 16 hours per week
- Shift times are 6am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday 6am- 12 mid-day
- Work location: Wyberton, Lincolnshire, In person.
Job Requirements
- You will be responsible for ensuring the team are fully compliant with site H&S guidelines, inductions and meet required hygiene standards.
- You will also comply with all site documentation ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to and signed off and all the hygiene operatives are up to the required standard and compliant with all CIC’s.
- You will ensure that the team has the correct PPE and ensure it is being worn/ used correctly and are working safely at all times.
- You will be responsible for recording the results of weekly inspections of PPE and equipment and ensure that everything is maintained and stored properly.
- You are responsible for inducting new staff and ensuring training is carried out in a timely manner
Experience
- You must be able to demonstrate previous Team Leader experience and experience of working in the food industry in a technical/hygiene role.
- Have a proven knowledge of cleaning methodology, systems & procedures and have relevant qualifications including Food Safety Level 3, & COSHH.

Salary
- £16.00-£20.00 per hour
